The biggest game of the District 30-5A season did not live up to expectations. The Sharyland Rattlers and the McAllen Memorial Mustangs faced each other to battle for the lead, and possibly the 30-5A District Championship. In the end, the Rattlers prevailed with a 48 - 9 victory.
