Baseball - PSJA vs. McHi (Game 3)

It was a game of doughnuts in the third and decisive game between the PSJA Bears and the McHi Bulldogs at Ted Uhlander Baseball Field on Saturday afternoon. Neither the McHi Bulldogs nor the PSJA Bears gave up anything but a hit here or a walk there, but the defensive game was at a prime as both teams went scoreless for five innings. At the bottom of the sixth inning, the McHi Bulldogs took advantage of a few opportunities and scored five runs to break the tie and walk away with the area championship over the PSJA Bears with a 5-1 score.

Congratulations to the PSJA Bears on a great season and Tri-City Championship, and good luck to the McHi Bulldogs on the next playoff round and Bulldog match up against the Laredo Alexander Bulldogs.
