Football - Edinburg at Edinburg North

Edinburg's most popular city rivalry took place Friday night at Cats Memorial Stadium. The Edinburg Bobcats played as the visiting team, and the The Edinburg North Cougars did not play a good host since they kept the visitors scoreless for a long stretch of the first half. As expected, it was a hard-fought battle, but the Edinburg Bobcats prevailed and defeated the Edinburg North Cougars with a 16-6 score.
