Baseball - Nikki Rowe at PSJA North

A huge game took place at Mike Rodriguez Baseball Field on Saturday afternoon. The Nikki Rowe Warriors visited the PSJA North Raiders to battle for the last playoff ticket. The Nikki Rowe Warriors came into the game with a winning streak that set them up for for a showdown against the Raiders. However, the PSJA North Raiders took matters into their own hands an secured an early lead that they never relinquished. The game finished with the Raiders moving on and beating the Warriors 4-1.

Baseball - PSJA North at McHi

It was a close game between the McHi Bulldogs and the PSJA North Raiders. The McHi Bulldogs scored at the bottom of the first, but the PSJA North Raiders answered right back with a couple of runs. A series of errors on both teams allowed for the score to climb, and eventually, the PSJA North Raiders defeated the McHi Bulldogs 4-3.

Basketball - PSJA North at McHi

The McHi Lady Bulldogs continued their District 31-5A season when they hosted the PSJA North Lady Raiders. Full court defense by the Lady Raiders created turnovers and mistakes by the Lady Bulldogs that were difficult to overcome. The PSJA North Lady Raiders walked away with the victory over the McHi Lady Bulldogs at Morris Middle School.

Football - PSJA North @ Nikki Rowe

Thursday night felt like a playoffs nigh at McAllen veterans memorial Stadium. the Nikki Rowe Warriors hosted the PSJA North Raiders in a game where "Serious Playoff Implications" seemed to be the only way to describe it. Both the Raiders and the Warriors put together a heck of a NAIL-BITER. Neither team wanted to go home on the loosing side. The Nikki Rowe Warriors scored 63 points, and the PSJA North Raiders failed to top that mark with a failed fake field goal attempt to leave their score at 60. Congratulations to both teams on a great game.

Football - Edcouch-Elsa HS at PSJA North

The PSJA North Raiders hosted an impressive Edcouch Elsa football team that held its previous opponent scoreless. Things did not start well for the Raiders after one of their many turnovers. The  Raiders had to fight and come from behind in this game. Nevertheless, the PSJA North Raiders walked away with a 28-14 victory over the Yellow Jackets.
